What are informative tools?

An informative tool is something that helps teachers and students share,receive,and understand information during teaching and learning. It makes learning easier, more interesting and effective.

Examples of informative Tools.
  • Texts: Books,Woksheets,handouts,notes.
  • Images: pictures,Charts,diagrams,posters.
  • Videos:Eduactional,videostutorials, Animations.
  • Sound : Audio lessons,songs,podcasts.
  • Graphics: Infographics,Slides,digital illustrations.
Characteristics and Features of informative tools.

1)Clear- information is easy to understand.

2)Attractive- Uses colors,pictures,or design to keep attention.

3)Relevant- Related to the topic being taught.

4)Engaging- Encourages- Encourages participation and interests.

5) Accurate-Provides correct and trustworthy information.


Various Formats Of Informative Tools.



1) Texts -It includes written material like textbooks, notes, and worksheets.

2)Sound(Audio)-Audio format uses spoken words or sounds to share information. It helps Students who learn better by listening.

3)Video-It Combines moving pictures, text and sound ,video's can show experiments, real life examples, or animated lessons.

4) Images- Images are pictures ,drawings or photos that give information quickly and clearly. Teachers use images to help students visualize what they are learning.

5) Graphic-Graphics are visuals designs like charts, diagrams and graphs. They help to organize information and make easier to understand at a glance.

  • Makes learning interesting: Different formats like videos and images make lesson fun.

Informative tool: is ICT tools that helps student teachers and students share or understand information. It is used in teaching and learning easier and more interesting.

Videos: Shows things in action and explain idea clearly.
Images: Helps students see and understand idea quickly.
Graphics: Makes information easy to understand with pictures and charts.

I will use a one slide presentation with text, sound, animation  and images for class Four students, along with videos related to livings things to make the lesson more engaging.it also helps students to remember things better because they can see  and hear information at the same time .Different students learn in different ways ,so using  these tolls  supports all types of learners. Lesson become more attractive, and engaging.it also saves time because pictures and sound can explain quickly.overall,it helps student stay focused, enjoy learning, and develop digital skills in the future.
